BASIT ONI WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR STOLEN OR MISSING GOODS ONCE DEEMED DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN ADDRESS BY CARRIER. BASIT ONI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS REACHED THE CARRIER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS SHIP FROM NIGERIA AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CUSTOM TAX (IF APPLICABLE), BASED ON YOUR PACKAGE'S DESTINATION. BASIT ONI HAS NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES. CUSTOM TAX IS PAID THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition for a store credit. All merchandise should be returned within 3 days after delivery. You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper's address on file.
Custom-made outfits are not eligible for return.
All discounted and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanges or returned items.
